Just dance kids is a great game for you little nippers, heck its a great game for all the family. I know some computer gamers slate the just dance series but for family entertainment you can’t go wrong with a bit of just dance action. I purchased the original just dance for my daughter and now we have the complete set of just dance games, including the just dance kids range, don’t be fooled by the title its just as much fun and some of the games dancers are fantastic little movers.
So what’s the difference between just dance and just dance kids?
In the just dance games you follow a dance avatar but in the just dance kids version you actually follow real kids on screen. And boy those little nippers can move, they will give any adult professional a run for their money. The dance moves are far more clearer and easier to follow than the original just dance game, and there is a good mix of different dance abilities from simple dances and more complex ones for older children, or just as your children get better.
There are some fun game modes for the just dance kids too, there is a freeze game which is just like playing musical statues, always a fun game a parties. I can’t recommend this game highly enough, my children have spent hours of a wet dizzmal weekend dancing around like loonies, which i better than just watching TV or moaning that they are bored.
The songs in the just dance kids range are from children’s films and some nursery rhymes so there are songs and dances suitable for your younger children and something for if you have older children. In my experience some of the songs aimed for the younger children are responsible for some of the most hillarious dances. If you don’t feel slightly stupid then your doing it wrong haha.
